Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
Guests consistently praise the hotel's unique ambiance, noting its stylish integration of modern design within a historic warehouse setting, with exposed red brick adding to its character. The rooms are frequently described as spacious and well-furnished, especially the upgraded Superior Rooms, and many appreciate the comfortable beds. While the breakfast receives generally positive remarks, a few guests have found the cooked egg dishes to be average; however, the hotel compensates with amazing and reasonably priced spa facilities, along with convenient amenities like the enclosed parking and covered outdoor terrace.

Some issues encountered

spa prebookingrestaurant reservation
there were a few hiccups. First, I discovered that I needed to PREBOOK the spa, a fact not communicated to me beforehand. This led to an argument with the staff. Second, I couldn't get a reservation at the hotel restaurant. Ultimately, I had to find another option.
